Features
High reliability：
Use wet-type cylinder liners, frame-support drum-shaped engine body and integral cast iron cylinder head, with movable parts such as pistons, con rod, crankshafts and bearing shells newly designed. B10 life is up to 800,000km.
Use highly competent suppliers of Weichai in the heavy-duty truck industry. The engines are developed according to the requirements on high reliability in the heavy-duty truck industry.
Engine bodies and cylinder heads are cast and machined by Weichai, ensuring high consistency.
Excellent NVH performances：
Rear-mounted gear chamber, closed-type flywheel housing, plastic cylinder head cover and two-stage balancing mechanism effectively reduce noise, with noise under general operation conditions reduced to 92dB(A).
Ultra-low fuel consumption：
Minimum fuel consumption is 199 g/kW•h. Fuel consumption shown on fuel consumption MAP is 5-10g/kW•h lower than that of competing products.
More powerful：
Power: 162kW. Maximum 800N.m at 1,200-1,800 r/min.
