What the inquiry forms collect

• The details you enter: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and your message.
• The part or model the inquiry is about, the page it was sent from, the page where your visit started, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link.
• The country of your connection, as reported by the network service that delivers this website.

How the details are used

Your details are used only to answer your inquiry: price, stock, lead time and delivery for the parts you asked about.

How an inquiry reaches the sales desk

Each inquiry is stored in the website database and forwarded by email to the Sunny Vehicle sales desk. The notification uses your email address as the reply address, so the sales desk answers you directly. Inquiries sent by WhatsApp, phone or email stay in that channel.

Website analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and to measure which pages lead to inquiries, such as clicks on the WhatsApp, phone and email links and sent inquiry forms. These measurements carry the page and the part number involved, not your name, email address, phone number or message. Reports show aggregated statistics.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies. They can be blocked in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site also sets technical cookies (session and security token) required for it to work.

The web server records technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and protect the site.
